We have over 30 years combined experience in real estate, and specialize in vacation rentals, flips, small & large Multi-family including Apt building, BRRR, mid term rentals, new construction development and 1031 exchanges. Our team's passion and expertise spans all facets of real estate investing. 

My personal journey evolved from builder and investor to a full time real estate broker and our team has sold over $110,000,000  in 12 years time helping more than 320 clients buy and sell properties. That said, its not about the numbers but instead, it's been about us putting our clients first and acting in their best interests through the process. That is what has earned us many referrals over the years and what our team stands for.

My personal real estate career began in construction management as a GC, having built more than 250 homes and later having flipped and remodeled about 60 properties. I have spent the last 12 years as a real estate broker helping clients as well as building a large portfolio of short term rentals and long term rentals however, our team focus is helping our real estate clients at Clients 1st Property Group, powered by EXP.

With a business based on referrals and a 99% list to sale price, the overall value we provide clients are contract negotiation, winning bidding wars, helping to avoid bad properties, navigating the process from contract to close, correctly marketing properties to maximize sales and minimize days on market and overall netting my sellers the highest amount possible. 

For our investors, we teach them how to analyze a property, run numbers, estimate rents and potential ARV, put them in touch with needed vendors and lenders and plan a proper exit strategy for their investments. 

We see that many have come to trust our experience and insight with real estate as well as our in-depth knowledge of our market here in Charlotte and the surrounding areas as we grew up here locally.
