Syndicated ownership allowed. - RESIDENTIAL FIX & FLIP + BRRRR LOANS: Up to 100% of purchase, 100% of rehab up to 75% ARV. Rates start at 9.99%. Quick Closes. 12 to 24 month term. - MULTIFAMILY VALUE-ADD: Up to 80% of purchase, 100% of rehab up to 70% Stable Value. Rates start at 10.49%. Syndicated ownership allowed. - GROUND UP DEVELOPMENT: Up to 85% of total project cost for infill residential projects with exit values up to 1.5X median MSA values. Rates range from 10.5 to 12.5%.

We've worked with hundreds of lenders over the years for a variety of real estate projects. Aloha stands far and away the best lender in all areas including customer service, communication, ease & speed of closing, best lending products, terms & rates! We've used them for many financing needs including flips, bridge loans, STR loan, long term hold loans, etc. We highly recommend them for any real investor who is looking for a true partner to get deals done!
