About us
I specialize in short- and long-term rentals, single-family and small multi-family homes, house hacking, fix-and-flips, and new construction. If I’m not talking about real estate, I’m thinking about it - and if I’m asleep, I’m probably dreaming about it! I don't just specialize in working with investors - I exclusively work with investors. That said, I have helped several BiggerPockets members find their personal homes here in the Nashville area. When it comes to out-of-state investing, having reliable boots on the ground is crucial. Many of my transactions are completed remotely, and most of my investors never physically see the properties they purchase. They trust me to provide detailed, honest reporting during due diligence and to give clear assessments on the deals they're considering. When you work with me, you also gain access to my full network of trusted property managers, contractors, attorneys, title companies, and more — everything you need to run a successful real estate business. I understand the investor mindset because I am an investor myself. I’ve owned and sold both single-family and multi-family rental properties (including a 17-unit apartment complex) across the Middle Tennessee market. I have operated short- and long-term rentals, overseen multiple flips, house-hacked my personal residence, wholesaled deals, and tackled new construction projects - from building single-family homes to infill developments, and teardowns/rebuilds in the Nashville area. I have several opportunities available for my investors to partner with me and earn active real estate income while being passive partners. He went above and beyond and made the process of finding a house super easy. Was super honest throughout. Could not recommend him enough! If ever need anything done to the house, need to sell and search for a new home he will be the only realtor we work with!

I have worked with Luka to purchase two properties in Nashville now. One STR investment property in Pie Town and my primary residence in Wedgewood Houston.
I’ve leaned on Luka as a total real estate consultant. He has a very rationale mind that understands the local and broader market.
I would recommend him to friends/family and would use him as my realtor again.

Luka has helped us secure our primary residence in TN. He had given us tons of info about the schools and neighborhood. He also has connections all over the place, an Atty, CPA and a lender. He is a great agent because he himself is a very succesful owner or a real estate investor, be it airbnb, the traditional long-term investing and many more. I believe, if one needs to get to the mid TN market and needs a primary home, Luka will give you honest feedbacks about location, schools, neighborhood, etc. if someone needs advise and referrals to start their real estate journey in TN, Luka has tons of experience and connections, he has it all! I met Luka through BP forum when I was looking for help for flip materials on a Nashville flip I was managing from out of town. He provided all his favorite spots and contacts to get good deals. He was always forwarding me good deals he spotted from his many connections, not junk. I was looking for a new build lot and he sent me over a fantastic off-market deal that I ended up purchasing and developing now. He's always there to connect to his network of contractors, builders, lawyers, etc without hesitation or trying to get pieces of the deal. I think he operates off of the karma principle which we could use more of in this world. If you're looking to invest in Nashville or move to Nashville from out of town, he is your go-to.

I found Luka through the BP forum, and based on his comments-- I knew he'd be the realtor for my wife and I as we dove into a purchase of our first property with the intent to house hack with a STR. Not only did we end up with an accepted offer in a tough market- but the deal completely fell apart 2 weeks before closing. Luka negotiated and made the sellers feel heard to the point that he was able to salvage our deal and get everyone back at the table. His communication between all parties, attention to detail, and his hard work means I was able to finally invest in a property. He unlocked a new world for us and we can't recommend him more. Did I mention we were relocating too? Luka made it feel like we were in person, he handled securing an inspector, had great recs on different vendors and lenders and he made the process both seamless and complete. Not once did I feel like we were without a captain, Luka steered the ship and we got a great property, in a great area, with great potential. I can't wait to buy again and I know Luka will be my first call.

I recently closed on a property with Luka as an out of state investment. This was my first deal out of state and was understandably a bit nervous. He made the process super smooth and kept me well informed. He drove way out to visit the property, take lengthy videos of the inside and out, and generally was extremely professional. What really stood out is that after closing, he went absolutely above and beyond. He provided (and managed I should say) some light renovations, provided well priced resources (and they were not the only ones who quoted), and generally oversaw the entire process of getting this house put together nicely for rent. These are things that I would have never expected from a Realtor, particularly after close. Perhaps a reference or two, but what he did? Next level. Can't recommend enough.
