Investor-friendly agent experienced in multifamily, fix & flip, new construction, development, BRRRR, buy & hold, private money lending/seller financing, and lease options. I began my real estate career in 2008 working in the title and escrow industry. In 2010, I began investing in real estate with my first fix and flip. In 2012 I acquired my real estate license. In 2015 I co-founded my own brokerage and started a team. In 2021 I moved my team, The Redwood Group to eXp realty. I am a real estate investor, agent, team leader, mentor and managing broker.

My husband and I reached out to Tim while looking for a new home and from the first day we met him, he felt like family! He asked all the right questions to get to know us better so he could help us find our perfect home. Then when we thought it couldn’t be any better, we met his assistant Lauren! Talk about amazing! Tim and Lauren make the best team. Their communication throughout the entire process was always clear and helpful. We are beyond grateful for their dedication to us throughout the whole buying and selling process. Tim brings many years of real estate knowledge to the table, we always felt well taken care of.

Tim worked hard for us right from the beginning. He secured a higher asking price and came over and fixed some things on our house so we could close on time. He is really great at his job and I feel I have made a good friend. Thank you Tim for all of your help and making the experience so positive.

Buying a house in Whatcom County is no joke, and Tim & Lauren are total pros. They do all the stuff you need agents to do - showing houses, providing guidance, and so on, but the special sauce was applied right after we had found a place we were going to make an offer on.
We needed space. Time to think. To envision living there.
Tim & Lauren gave that to us. They simply waited, talked quietly to each other. Never asked us to move along or hurry up. Never even asked us "how they could help" - they knew we needed to be left alone.
That intuitive understanding of what we needed to feel confident moving forward made all the difference.
Thanks Tim & Lauren - we love our new (old) house!

Tim and Lauren are simply phenomenal!
From the moment we reached out on a Monday, everything moved like clockwork. We met for just an hour on Wednesday, crafted a solid game plan, listed the property the following Thursday, and by Monday—boom! We had an offer $30,000 over asking. It truly doesn’t get much smoother than that.
Their advice was spot-on, and their execution was flawless—clearly backed by years of successful experience. Even when our tenant presented some unusual requests, Tim and Lauren handled everything with grace and went above and beyond to accommodate. Their professionalism, empathy, and efficiency made a potentially stressful process feel effortless.
We’ll absolutely be working with them again on future projects. If you're looking for a team that delivers results with heart and expertise, Tim and Lauren are it!

Michael and I have purchased several homes during our 30 years of marriage. Hands down, Tim and his assistant Lauren are the best team we've ever worked with and our previous agent who recommended them was exceptional, so this is not faint praise. Tim's acumen saved us $30,000 on our purchase price and his collaborate input was invaluable when making the decision to purchase our new home. He knows his market and he understands basic building structure and knows when a proposed renovation would be too much to recoup on resale. His patience and availably when previewing properties, often the same one several times and adding insight with each visit was extremely valuable in making the final decision. Lauren's incredible attention to detail and organizational ability was above and beyond in keeping the process efficient and on track. We highly recommend Tim's team!
