About us
David is a native born Houstonian who relocated to Austin after graduating from the University of Wisconsin. While working for a local tech company that supports the oil and gas industry, he made his first investment in local real estate in 2015. He has bought and sold numerous properties over the years, and in 2021 he made the decision to focus on his real estate business full time. David is a member of the Violet Crown Sports Association cycling club recently serving as its treasurer. He and his wife, Martha, a UT pharmacy graduate, enjoy hiking and the outdoors. They are active in the Greyhound Adoption League of Texas rescue organization and share their home with Chuck, Flora, and the occasional foster pup. David’s passion for real estate and focus on details benefits both buyers and sellers.

David is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He truly went the extra mile on everything he did. I was not able to get a conventional mortgage and he came up with numerous suggestions, ideas, and referrals and in order to try to make things happen. He showed me countless houses and when one option started to look like it wasn't going to work, he always was ready to go with a back up plan. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a huge help with any and every question I had. I highly recommend him!

David is a rockstar agent and is well connected in the real estate community. Very knowledgeable on the current market and submarkets in the Austin area. I highly recommend David to anybody looking to invest in the Austin and surrounding areas!
