"Real estate investing, even on a very small scale, remains a tried and true means of building an individual's cash flow and wealth" - Robert T. Kiyosaki I have been in the real estate business since 2007 and have worked with a variety of clients, ranging from first time home buyers to experienced real estate investors. I have partnered with other investors to do fix and flips and purchase rental units. I personally have 20+ doors, ranging from Reading, Pennsylvania to Kansas City Missouri, with goals for that number to continue growing. After obtaining an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology from Thaddeus Steven’s School of Technology, I have experience in construction from working in the electrical field for over 10 years. Having this knowledge and background in construction will allow me to point out potential issues in homes you may look at. I will be able to give my advice on any electrical issues and an approximate cost for repair items. I provide a full service of real estate needs and can represent first time home buyers or assist in the sale of homes for families who are upsizing or downsizing their current properties. I also can help you with land development needs. I have helped to start both an industrial park and a residential development. I have also assisted in a large commercial project for a nonprofit mission organization. My goal is to provide you service with all your real estate needs, from buying to managing to selling and everything in between! Sheldon is exceptional!
It took us over a year to find the right property, and throughout the entire process he was incredibly patient and supportive. He provided valuable insights not only as a realtor, but also with his property management experience and electrical background, which made a real difference in our decision-making.

We have worked with Sheldon and Ruth Ann over the years on many deals including investment properties and personal residences. They know the local markets very well and did a great job guiding us through the negotiation process. Sheldon also has an excellent base of knowledge when it comes to rehabs, repairs and tenant issues.

Sheldon is like a unicorn in real estate. A combination of maintenance experience (worked for a contracting company), owns investments, property management experience, and also has a realty team that helps investors acquire properties. Also a good dude, which counts for something in this industry!

Sheldon is a rare type of person in my experience. From my initial interactions with him it was clear he incredibly knowledgeable in investor needs and how to be investor friendly. As a newer investor it can be hard and intimidating to navigate a new market beyond the standard data analysis. Sheldon helps overcome this by sharing his own investor experiences, being transparent about the markets he services, what is needed to be successful in those markets, and he knows how to communicate and set expectations based on the goal of the investor. Anyone who has called on agent after agent knows this isn't a common trait.

Sheldon is a rockstar among rockstars! I spoke with numerous investor friendly agents before deciding to go with Sheldon. What made him stand out is his previous construction experience, which helped us assess any potential issues within the value-add properties we were interested in.
We were very specific with what we were looking for, so the entire process took over 6 months (COVID lockdown included). However, Sheldon was extremely patient with us, never eager to get a deal done just to finally collect his commission. In fact, Sheldon is very honest with his opinion and advised us not to purchase certain properties since he genuinely wants his clients to succeed.
Being first-time investors, as well as first-time homebuyers looking to house-hack, Sheldon was extremely helpful with our numerous questions and “holding our hands” thru the process.
Sheldon was excellent with responding to our communications in a timely manner and following up with others where needed. He also did a great job of managing communications regarding multiple different properties we were interested in all at one time.
Overall, I continue to highly recommend Sheldon to anyone looking to buy their first investment property, or any property!

The Zimmerman Team is one of the best I have fund yet Sheldon and his team help me true my first investment property, He was my eyes on the ground because I live in New York and that time help me to get a really good deal that now Im getting a 13% on return on my money. they recommend a really good lender and the right inspector for you property. He always reply to you or he will reach out to you by his team. I will keep working with him and i will highly recommended. A+++

I am a new investor and found Sheldon through the Bigger Pockets community. Found a property that met my criteria quickly in mid-Feb 2021 in a tight market and was able to navigate through from offer to closing very quickly & smoothly (~6 weeks). It was great to have someone local, responsive and knowledgable, who is an investor himself and willing to teach as I begin this journey. Highly recommend working with Sheldon for primary or investment property.

Sheldon was fantastic. He sold my rental property easily because he's embedded with the community. A lot of agents will tell you they are actively working with buyers and to list with them. I usually roll my eyes when hearing that statement. Sheldon didn't say anything about having buyers when I listed with him. However before going on the market he negotiated first with the tenant and family to buy the property and when that didn't work out he did in fact have a buyer. Before going to market. If your an investor looking to buy or sell rental properties, Sheldon's your guy.

Can’t say enough great things about Sheldon and the whole Sheldon Zimmerman team.
