As an out-of-state, first-time investor, I closed on two properties in Cleveland with Pete, and it was a pleasure from start to finish. Buying remotely in a market you don’t know is intimidating, but Pete took care of everything in a timely fashion and was always responsive—calls, texts, and emails answered fast, so I never felt out of the loop despite being states away. His knowledge of the Cleveland market was invaluable for a beginner like me; he pointed me toward the right neighborhoods and steered me clear of deals that didn’t make sense. On top of that, he negotiated well on my behalf to get me a better deal. If you’re an investor, especially one buying from out of state, you can trust Pete to get it done. I would definitely recommend Pete!

Pete was very professional and responsive. He helped me find a great duplex and connected me with local service providers to start work on repairs. He also recommended a great lender that helped me qualify for local programs that got me a better mortgage rate. I would highly recommend working with him.

Jack Krusinski was incredible throughout the entire buying process. As a first-time investment property buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed guidance on everything from analyzing deals to navigating the closing process. I had an excellent experience working with Jack. He was professional, responsive, and consistently helpful. His recommendations for lenders, property managers, and insurance were amazing; they were all just as responsive and honest as he is.
My favorite quality about him is his honesty. He was upfront when a deal didn’t align with my goals rather than pushing it. Jack was patient with every question and always had a great attitude and approach toward everything. I highly recommend working Jack. He helped make out-of-state investing way less stressful than I thought it'd be!
