I had an excellent experience working with Jack. He was professional, responsive, and consistently helpful. His recommendations for lenders, property managers, and insurance were amazing; they were all just as responsive and honest as he is.
My favorite quality about him is his honesty. He was upfront when a deal didn’t align with my goals rather than pushing it. Jack was patient with every question and always had a great attitude and approach toward everything. I highly recommend working Jack. He helped make out-of-state investing way less stressful than I thought it'd be!

I worked with Jack to purchase a home out of state, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was always responsive, knowledgeable about the local market, and went above and beyond to handle things I couldn’t be there for in person. My wife and I invested in a home in OH and though there were many questions and concerns, Jack was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and gave us some great insight in helping us choose the right home. He was always just a text or call away and prompt with his responses. What we appreciated most was his transparency and honesty in things we discussed. We had a great experience working with Jack. Jack is very knowledgeable and offered us great insight into the market and properties we saw. He was very responsive and got us photos/videos as soon as he finished walking properties for us which is very important to us given we’re out of state investors. I would highly recommend Luke Schimpf to be your next real estate agent. He is very easy to work with and is not pushy at all. Luke is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and is very aware when a property is available for sale that suits your requirements. He is prompt and courteous and is fun to be around. That sometimes takes the pressure off when you have to make a very important financial decision. Hope this review is helpful to those who are considering this very important decision.

After 50+ showings, 7 failed offers, and a few crying sessions… my Fiancé and I finally were able to land our first home! Jack was absolutely amazing to work with. Always kept us in the loop with what was going on, his communication was always on point. With my late workings hours, Jack also made himself available for after hour showings to accommodate! 10/10 would recommend using Jack. Thank you for remaining positive, and reassuring us that our house was out there!
