I just bought my first house and worked with Jack Krusinski. Jack was very on top of the whole process and made sure to update me every step of the way! He was able to provide answers to all my questions, and made the process smoother. I highly recommend working with Jack and 21 Hill Real Estate!

My husband and I were referred to Luke through a family friend and we have to say it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He was persistent in the house hunt, very communicative and has an easy personality to get along with. Luke helped us find the perfect home in the timeframe that we needed. We will absolutely return the favor to refer him to any family or friends in the future!

Luke Schimpf and his team are phenomenal. Luke gave prudent advice on what we should do in the house to sell it at the best price without putting anything extra into it. He worked with stagers, painters, and others to get our house in excellent shape, and he sold it in one weekend for $28k over asking. I can't recommend Luke and his team more!

I made a SFH purchase with Jack Krusinski as my eyes and ears on the ground. Jack has been knowledgeable, informative, gave great insights and most important: he was always available (or within a reasonable time). As well, he is just a good guy which makes the numerous discussions better.
