Highly highly highly recommend. Eric helped me and my partner secure 3 loans for 3 different properties in 6 months. Not only was he able to secure us with the best loans he helped us every step of the way when it came to our properties. I've worked with G2 Loans on two cash-out refinances in the last six months, and the experience has been excellent. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job anticipating the documents and details underwriting might need, which made both processes smooth and stress-free.
Whether you're an investor or just refinancing your home, I highly recommend working with Eric. I’ll definitely be partnering with G2 Loans again in the next 6–12 months!

Steve has been great with both transactions that I’ve done with him. He’s always patient, knowledgeable, and very personable throughout the process. It’s surpassed business… I now look at Steve as extended family. Although I have not met him in person yet, he’s always willing to jump on a call with me if I have any questions through my loan process. G2Loans did a great job on a rental loan we closed on a few months ago. The process was easy and straightforward and was one of the few lenders we spoke to that would do a DSCR loan on an $80,000 purchase. Eric was very responsive and got quotes to me quickly whenever we had a new property we were interested in! We loved the quick responses that we could always reach out to ask questions. We are definitely planning to use G2Loans for our next rental purchase.
