I worked with Dan on purchasing a property for the house-hacking strategy. Dan follows the house-hacking strategy himself, so he's incredibly knowledgeable about what sort of properties work for that strategy, but he's also been helpful about details after the property closed. Every step of the way he's been communicative, responsive, and never pushy, which made the experience more like working with a partner than a salesman. I highly recommend his service and knowledge to anyone looking for a property in the north Colorado.

Dan is an exceptional realtor who made buying a home long distance a breeze. He was always responsive, kind, resourceful, present, and patient throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect home that checked as many of our boxes as possible!

Dan delivers excellence all around. After working with several other realtors in the Colorado market, we were ready to give up until we met Dan.
Purchasing from long distance is stressful but he made it so easy and went out of the way to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and that the purchase made sense on all levels.

Dan Guenther is a phenomenal agent! Dan is a straight shooter, honest and knows what he's talking about. He is a vital asset to any investors team or anyone looking to buy a home.
