About us
I’m a Colorado Springs Realtor, real estate investor, Army veteran, and recent guest on the BiggerPockets Rookie Podcast (Episode 426). I specialize in helping buyers and investors find and analyze small multifamily properties, house hacks, short-term rentals, long-term rentals, and assumable VA loan opportunities throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. My personal portfolio includes 13 rental units across Colorado, Minnesota, and Washington, with experience in small multifamily properties, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and creative financing strategies. I don’t just help clients buy investment properties—I actively invest myself and understand what makes a deal work from both the Realtor and investor side. My investing journey started while serving as an Army Officer. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad in the back of a Humvee at the National Training Center and, within days, had a plan to start buying real estate. Four years later, I left the Army with a rental portfolio generating enough cash flow to give me significantly more freedom over my time and career. Today, I help others build their own real estate portfolios throughout the Colorado Springs area. Jayson was very helpful. I had some ideas about what I wanted and he tried hard to get me what I wanted. In addition, he added some good suggestions for possibilities that I had not thought of. Both efforts showed a good deal of effort on his part and consideration for my needs. I would defiantly recommend him.

Jayson did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of a multifamily investment property. I walked away from the process knowing it is so important to have a real estate agent that is experienced in investment purchases and also has personal experience with it. He not only helped us understand further how to analyze the deal but to also figure out the forced appreciation of the property. It truly made a big difference.

I call Jayson my REI Sensei. I’ve been investing for 18 months and currently have seven rental units, with two more under contract. If you’re looking to transition from aspiring investor to RE investor, I’d recommend Jayson 100x over. He taught me how to properly analyze properties, choose and analyze a market, optimize personal finances, set goals, tie those goals to my current life situation, and convinced me to dream bigger. Instead of buying a single family, I bought a quadplex as my first rental! Jayson’s ability to simplify concepts, teach, and empower his clients sets him apart from the typical agent who claims to be an expert in RE.
