About us
After playing four years of college baseball, I found my way back home to Northwest Arkansas. I would categorize myself as more of a real estate financial advisor. All agents can write a contract and open a door to a pretty home, but a very limited percentage have the knowledge to be able to help you build your wealth through the tool of real estate. Being able to take a client's whole financial portfolio and accurately analyze it to lead them on the best path and best decision in real estate is rare, and it's something I do very well. Zach and Abby are phenomenal! They answered all our questions so promptly and helped us understand everything we needed to make a good home purchase. Zach and Abby were amazing to work with! They were so kind, helpful, and always available to show us homes. The moment we mentioned we were ready to buy, they started sending us great options and scheduling tours quickly. When we found the right house, they helped us submit an offer fast and stayed extremely communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend

Zach and his assistant, Abby, have been instrumental in my out-of-state investment home purchases in NWA. Zach helped us purchase two new construction homes in NW AR. We were completing a 1031 exchange and had to move quickly. He was able to connect us with a rental agent after the closings, so we could work on getting them leased out as soon as possible. He helped us locate premium properties that should be very successful over time. Thanks, Zach!
