After playing four years of college baseball, I found my way back home to Northwest Arkansas. I would categorize myself as more of a real estate financial advisor. All agents can write a contract and open a door to a pretty home, but a very limited percentage have the knowledge to be able to help you build your wealth through the tool of real estate. Being able to take a client's whole financial portfolio and accurately analyze it to lead them on the best path and best decision in real estate is rare, and it's something I do very well. Zach is the best! He made being a first time home buyer easy and seamless! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, fun to work with, & willing to go above and beyond to ensure you end up in the best spot with the best deal! We would choose him again and again!

Zach and Abby have been instrumental in helping us purchase out-of-state investment property in Northwest Arkansas. Their knowledge of the area, builder relationships, negotiation skills, and strong network made the entire process so much smoother.
Buying remotely can be stressful, but they consistently answered all our questions and gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the journey. They not only helped us purchase the home, but also helped us rent it before we even closed.

As out-of-state/1031 exchange investors, we were especially impressed by Zach’s deep knowledge of the local area and market. He helped us find excellent properties and provided solid on the ground contractors and leasing agents for us to hit the ground running. Zach and Abby's communication, service, and follow-up were truly five-star quality from start to finish.

Zach helped us purchase two new construction homes in NW AR. We were completing a 1031 exchange and had to move quickly. He was able to connect us with a rental agent after the closings, so we could work on getting them leased out as soon as possible. He helped us locate premium properties that should be very successful over time. Thanks, Zach!
