I cant say enough about Anneliese and her assistant Laura. These ladies are very professional and have extensive knowledge of the market. The day our home went on line is the same day it was sold. We never expected such a quick turn around . What an amazing blessing. If you want results, contact them soon!

They went above and beyond in helping to helping us find our new home and represented our interests throughout the entire journey with integrity, professionalism, and genuine southern hospitality! Wow! What a team at Lightfoot! Anneliese and Laura went above and beyond to find us a wonderful place in the perfect location. They paid attention to our needs and made adjustments literally on the fly as they learned our style. They not only found us the perfect place, but they ensured the buying process through Closing went smoothly. I cannot recommend this team enough!!

Anneliese, and her assistant Laura, were absolutely wonderful. We are so grateful for them as we navigated purchasing a home in Brunswick, while we were still living back in Arizona. Anneliese was patient and honest and it was always easy to reach her and communicate with her. She helped us with absolutely everything and kept us informed and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and we were able to close when we needed to. I would highly recommend Anneliese and her team if you are planning to move. She is the best of the best for sure!

Anneliese was a delight to work with! This was a long distance relationship and Anneliese made me feel like family. We didn't purchase an expensive home and I know she probably could have made much more money dealing with other clients, but she always treated me and my daughter like we were valuable clients who deserved the best. She and her assistant, Laura, were absolutely top notch and I highly recommend her. I know she will be my first contact if we ever need a realtor again!

My husband and I appreciate Anneliese and her team. Our house was on the market 10 months before we decided to change our realtor to Anneliese Lightfoot. She was very organized and helpful. She gave us guidance regarding how to better posture our house for sale. We were very blessed with an offer in a little over a month and closed in a little over 2 months. Anneliese and her team provided hands on help meeting inspectors, gathering needed information and assisting every step of the way. We are grateful for their professionalism and help.

Anneliese was great! She kept us informed during the whole process of selling our home and we were never in the dark. We had a few hiccups on the part of the closing attorney, but Anneliese was very quick to find out what was going on. If you’re looking for a realtor Anneliese is a great choice!
