I have worked with many real estate agents throughout the years and Kevin has by far been the best to work with. He guided me through the process of both selling my home and purchasing a new one. He was able to get both transactions done smoothly, I think we were able to get the best price possible for my home and got our offer accepted on our purchase when there were many other offers. I highly recoommend working with Kevin if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

I’ve worked with Kevin several times, mostly on purchases but also when selling, he truly cares about his profession and working hard for what you want. He has a good sense of the market and is very careful not to underestimate it. When walking through a property, he is very fixed on what you really want from a property and knows how to be insightful when questioned. I’ve always felt that he is ready to wade in on any opportunity that I find nay have potential.
