Big shoutout to Juan from the maintenance department, he has been very helpful and very patient with me as an owner throughout the process of getting the house licensed with the city, he got me different quotes from different vendors when I didn't like the first quote we got.

I am a landlord with logical property management. They managed my property for the past 2 years. Haven't had any issues. I wanted to leave this review because a very positive experience I just had with their maintenance department, particularly a gentleman named Juan. I needed a tree remove that was encroaching on the house. Juan helped manage everything in a timely and affordable fashion.

This is a home that me and my daughters truly deserve It has a lot of potential but it has some things that need to be fixing up I rescheduled for a viewing of the home because my daughters would like to see it and I didn't get a chance to go into the attic nor the basement so I wanted to know what that look like there is a couple of things that needs to be attended to if you can check the following pictures and if we can work something out I would love to call this my new home... The door to the attic there's some refurbishing that needs to be done around the windows I believe the bathtub may need to be reglazed and the carpet needs to be replaced other than that it's a very beautiful home Thank you for your time Have a blessed one

I had problems with my furnace I contacted Logical Property Management and The manager Mr. Rico had someone out here in 30 minutes. They were quick and they were fast and now my heat is restored. they are professional and dependable.

Omg. I called maintenance and they were able to resolve my issue. My furnace went out 2 days ago and I called LPM maintenance and I spoke with Juan. He is a life saver, he is patient, kind and he stayed on the phone with me to do some simple troubleshooting when it came to the thermostat. I told him that if that makes a difference then I wouldn't need any help. So after things didn't change, he Immediately, had a technician come out. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and now my Heat is working. Also he called to see if everything was okay. I have been in this home for 15 years and the maintenance department has always been kind. They are 👍 family. They have done wonders. I love them and appreciate them. Jaun is sooooo sweet and kind. If I need anything and I talk to Juan, I will request him and his coworkers. Love you All. Tasha R.

Oct 2020 review -- I just had my initial consultation with Drew. I came into it having done some research on the greater Metro Detroit area, as well as following some of Drew's activity on BP. I found Drew to be frank and honest, gave me the pros and cons of areas I was looking at and my investment strategy. He answered all of my questions regarding his operation and how we'd work together, and associated costs. As next steps, I'll start sending some potential deals for Drew's opinion before purchasing and potentially having Drew/Logical Property Management manage them. Will update again if we proceed further

I'm a new investor looking at multi family homes. What I found is most multi family units have tenants already. I needed information on the best way to make this purchase without being taken advantage of. After posting on bigger pockets , I was in contact with Drew. Drew provided me with a thorough description of what to ask for from the seller, to ensure I was getting all the information needed to make an informed offer. He provided details I never would have thought of and didn’t find through my google search. Drew answered my follow up questions promptly. Clearly he is someone who knows what being a good property manager should look like. Shortly after speaking with Drew, I looked at a duplex and can confidently make an offer using the guidance he provided.
