Even though we weren’t able to work together at this time, he generously took the time to walk me through the Detroit market and explain their processes in detail. I’m an owner of a property that has been managed by LPM for several years. Overall, they take care of issues in a timely manner. I have had communication issues here and there over the years, but once Sherri came into the picture, things were clarified and resolved to my satisfaction.

Omg. I called maintenance and they were able to resolve my issue. My furnace went out 2 days ago and I called LPM maintenance and I spoke with Juan. He is a life saver, he is patient, kind and he stayed on the phone with me to do some simple troubleshooting when it came to the thermostat. I told him that if that makes a difference then I wouldn't need any help. So after things didn't change, he Immediately, had a technician come out. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and now my Heat is working. Also he called to see if everything was okay. I have been in this home for 15 years and the maintenance department has always been kind. They are 👍 family. They have done wonders. I love them and appreciate them. Jaun is sooooo sweet and kind. If I need anything and I dont talk to Juan, I will request him and his coworkers. Love you All. Tasha R.

To whom it may concern,(this company scams!) I did not say I did not want the Pennington house, I said I wanted the carpet changed and walls painted... I was called by a logical employee the next day after I paid my holding fee and signed the holding agreement, and was told someone else would be getting the Pennington house... now i asked for my money back refunded and I am having an issue getting any response about my money or the situation overall from logical Property Management... then today I was hung up on after finally getting in contact with someone from that company. I received no date or information concerning my $1150 that I paid Monday January 12th 2026 to move into the Pennington house on January 16th 2026... I have emailed, and called logical concerning this issue multiple times since Tuesday with no resolution. This email is to show my constant pursuit on my $1150. From logical Property Management (this company has multiple Google reviews under logical PropertyManagement, please read all not just these!) They also have company workers try to leave good reviews!!! This is not a good company and will scam you.

As a buyers agent, working with Logical Property Management was smooth and easy. They always communicated quickly and worked efficiently to help meet my clients expectations. I would certainly recommend Logical Property Management!

At first the process was stressful with delays and miscommunication, but once I connected with Sherri the communication improved and everything went smoothly. I’m now in my home, and I appreciate that Logical Property Management followed through in the end.

Oct 2020 review -- I just had my initial consultation with Drew. I came into it having done some research on the greater Metro Detroit area, as well as following some of Drew's activity on BP. I found Drew to be frank and honest, gave me the pros and cons of areas I was looking at and my investment strategy. He answered all of my questions regarding his operation and how we'd work together, and associated costs. As next steps, I'll start sending some potential deals for Drew's opinion before purchasing and potentially having Drew/Logical Property Management manage them. Will update again if we proceed further

I needed information on the best way to make this purchase without being taken advantage of. After posting on bigger pockets , I was in contact with Drew. Drew provided me with a thorough description of what to ask for from the seller, to ensure I was getting all the information needed to make an informed offer. He provided details I never would have thought of and didn’t find through my google search. Drew answered my follow up questions promptly. Clearly he is someone who knows what being a good property manager should look like. Shortly after speaking with Drew, I looked at a duplex and can confidently make an offer using the guidance he provided.
