Kai is a rare find and an agent who works extremely hard for his clients. He has extensive knowledge in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. He offers full services without the extra fees other turn key places charge. His response is quick, and he provides more info and data on properties than you could ask for. He’s helped me get into 2 investment homes this year in a very competitive market!

Kai is a good choice for an investor's realtor because he is an investor himself, and understands how to evaluate properties from an investors point of view. He understands margins and can give you a good idea of what repair costs on a property will be as well as what a property needs to be a good rental or flip. He can guide his clients through any of the available channels for acquiring distressed properties as well

I found Kai on biggerpockets. He was very responsive and amazing in terms of finding areas that matched my interest to buy investment properties and moving fast in making offers for properties, plus following through on other things that needed help like inspections, appliances, etc. Kai's own summary sums up his engagement with me accurately "My approach is very simple! I answer my phone, do exactly what I tell you I will do and I treat every transaction as if it were my own! Working with a sense of urgency is a difference-maker in this market and fighting for every penny is what I do for every client.". He did do all that he says in his summary. I plan to buy few more investment properties with him representing me.

Kai is an outstanding agent. Extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I engaged him in a market with which I was unfamiliar, and he quickly helped get me up to speed with the “what’s what” of the area, including shooting down a number of deals I brought to his attention with a clear explanation of why. I might have walked into a trap otherwise, and there are no shortage of agents who would happily help a client close a bad deal simply to make a payday.
Kai is highly capable, efficient, and to-the-point, perfect for those who are familiar with BP best practices of screening lots of deals and closing on only a few great ones.

If you are looking for a Realtor that you can trust in the Charlotte Metro area... give Kai a call. I am a newbie investor that had done a flip gone sideways many years ago and got out with my tail between my legs.
Ten years later, after realizing that I should have kept going, I got on BiggerPockets, found Kai and reached out. He has been great. He's been patient with me and has freely given information and taught me and most importantly has been truthful with me all the way through the process. He's an investor himself and he's been very generous with his knowledge. He's helped me narrow down my goals and in the past 4-5 weeks that we've been actively working together, we've been able to secure two properties below the market values.
I cannot recommend Kai enough.

I recently purchased an investment property in Charlotte where Kai represented me. He was very responsive and amazing to work with from planning strategies, to selecting locations, to moving though the offer process at lightning speed, doing what it took to close the deal and also following through on other things like finding appliances, follow up on inspections, etc. Kai's own words sums up his engagement with me accurately "My approach is very simple! Kai is exceptional. He has a long career in real estate, both as an agent/broker and investor, and therefore he has an incredible depth of knowledge to pull from when evaluating a property. I continue to be amazed by his creativity, ideas, planning and investment strategies. He is extremely responsive to my inquiries by text, phone and email. He is generous with information which I appreciate to fully evaluate properties myself. He has gone above and beyond with every step in the process of buying a property, and leaves no detail unattended. I believe he will be an asset to you no matter what your real estate goals are.

I found Kai on Big Pockets a few months ago when I planned to transfer my job to Charlotte and seek a new home. Kai has insights of the houses in all the areas and he can pull market data very quickly for the target home on the market. Kai is very professional and always puts his client’s interest on the top. He is a great communicator to deal with other agents to negotiate the potential wining offer in such hot seller market.

Kai has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate investing, and expertise with guiding a first time home buyer looking to get into real estate investing. I bought a single family home in charlotte NC. He gave me a ton of tips to increase the value of my home. He would also walk through what to look for if you are starting out. I would recommend him if you are wanting to invest into real estate for single family homes in Charlotte NC.
