Stephen, Jon, Missy, and the whole team at Home Buyer made the entire process smooth and efficient. They were up front and clear from the beginning, and followed through completely along the way. The communication could not have been better, and they were extremely professional. They helped solve a problem for my client, and I will absolutely work with them again and recommend to anyone.

I first contacted Louisiana Home Buyers last year to help me weigh my options, even though I wasn't ready to sell at the time. They never pressured me and continued to check in and offer their services when I was ready. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They communicated well, followed through on everything they promised, and made selling my home much easier than I expected. I highly recommend them!

We worked with Stephen and Home Buyer Louisiana on a property in New Orleans that needed a lot of work, including roof/tree damage and title issues from a tax sale. Stephen was upfront with us, communicated clearly, and was able to get the property closed at the price we agreed to in less than 2 weeks! The process was smooth and we hope to work again with him sometime soon.

I’ve worked with Steve and the team at Home Buyer Louisiana in several different ways. I sold them my 6-plex in Algiers, partnered with them on a flip, my property management company manages some of their rental properties in Greater New Orleans, and I’ve also bought properties from Steve. They are a professional organization, easy to work with, and they care about doing business the right way.

Do your research. Received multiple cash offers and homebuyer Louisiana was $40,000 less than the 2nd lowest offer. Decided not to sell and continued to get hounded with phone calls for months after I told them their offer was embarrassing. There are too many cash buyers to make a mistake with Home Buyer Louisiana.
