Home Buyers Louisiana truly made the process easy. From the first conversation to closing, their team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and kept everything moving smoothly. I’m very thankful for how simple they made what could have been a stressful experience. I would definitely recommend them!

This Company made me an Insulting low offer for my house that I sold and received 10 times more than they offered. I will not be using this company when selling my other properties and I don’t recommend using this company.

Shanon was my first point of contact (this form being answered by homeowners daughter,Jiji Bergeron for him, as she handled this sale) and from the time I spoke to Shanon about selling my father‘s house, I felt nothing that Shanon was an extremely trustworthy person, and I felt totally comfortable with all of his advice, throughout the negotiation and sale process. It was very stressful for me as I had. My father’s moved to Senior Living going on, and it was emotional because my mother had recently passed away and they had lived in the house for 40 years. Shanon Was not only helpful with all the financial details and negotiations, he was also extremely compassionate and spent more time talking to me about my mother and memories, etc. than anyone in business I could think would do. It was so appreciated
Also, Shanon, along with his boss negotiated to give me extra time to move out of the house. They knew that it was just me alone doing the packing, moving, scheduling, movers, etc., and out of the kindness of their hearts they gave me extra days past the closing date to be able to accomplish this. It was very emotional and physical, but I was able to get it done with that extra time and I could never say thank you to them enough.
I had heard that the investor business was cutthroat, however, I saw anything but that. I guess I was fortunate enough to have been blessed with a great and compassionate company. I can never sing their praises enough!

I would highly recommend working with Home Buyer Louisiana.
I recently reached out to their team about a property that I needed to move quickly in order to free up capital for some of my other investments. I worked with Jon to appropriately price my property for a quick sale and the team at Louisiana Home Buyer was able to find a buyer that was able to close quickly without any hassle.
The process was almost effortless on my end, everything was as advertised, transparent, and easy to navigate.
These folks are the real deal.
