I would highly recommend working with Home Buyer Louisiana.
I recently reached out to their team about a property that I needed to move quickly in order to free up capital for some of my other investments. I worked with Jon to appropriately price my property for a quick sale and the team at Louisiana Home Buyer was able to find a buyer that was able to close quickly without any hassle.
The process was almost effortless on my end, everything was as advertised, transparent, and easy to navigate.

Arione oversaw the initial process of selling our home. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She made sure we understood the procedures/contract. We never felt pressured.
Next, Jon contacted us to set up our initial meeting to walk through the property. Jon explained everything to us to get the process to closing. He was energetic, yet humble and very respectful.
The closing was simple and flawless. Thanks to John and his team at Title Stream, LLC.

Stephen and the team was very thorough and inclusive with the process. If you are uncertain about anything, Arrianne (sorry I definitely spelled this wrong) called and checked in regarding my thoughts and feedback. They use Title Stream and John was amazing as well! A great team to have on your side. Thank you all

I speak on behalf of myself and my siblings that we are thankful to homebuyers of louisiana and stephen keighery for what turned out to be a smooth transition. Though we are saddened to let go of our childhood home we know we have made the right decision. We look to the future and know that new life will be breathed into what once was our home and will someday be a loving home to some other family. This process was quick with very little stress or problems. We found ourself with our backs against the wall but they opened a new door and made negative situation a positive one. Sincerely , thank you ,from our family.

I took a "leap of faith"! I had no clue of even where to start with selling my home? But this team took me under their wing and guided me, made me feel like they really cared. Selling a home that you grew up in is sometimes so difficult, but the professionalism, the empathy that was displayed in the whole process was "priceless". I am forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone. A company you can trust! I'm truly grateful!

I meet Steve about 18 months ago; he had an interest in one of my properties. Steve and I would speak every few months about the sell of the property. During these conversations Steve never applied any pressure, he never wasted my time with foolish offers, but instead was very professional and courteous. Once I decided to sell the property, I contacted Steve and again there were no low ball offers but instead he respected my goals for the home. The closing process was within 2 weeks and I received my asking price in certified funds at the closing.
Steve and his company were a pleasure to work with and I encourage anyone interested in selling their property to contact him first.
