I first contacted Louisiana Home Buyers last year to help me weigh my options, even though I wasn't ready to sell at the time. They never pressured me and continued to check in and offer their services when I was ready. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They communicated well, followed through on everything they promised, and made selling my home much easier than I expected. I highly recommend them!

As an aspiring real estate investor, they have been happy to provide advice and mentorship, show me behind the scenes of the investing business, and even bring me in to partner with them on deals. We worked with Stephen and Home Buyer Louisiana on a property in New Orleans that needed a lot of work, including roof/tree damage and title issues from a tax sale. Stephen was upfront with us, communicated clearly, and was able to get the property closed at the price we agreed to in less than 2 weeks! The process was smooth and we hope to work again with him sometime soon.

Steve and the entire team at Home Buyer Louisiana are absolutely wonderful to work with. Incredibly professional and honest. As an investor myself who has worked with wholesalers on the acquisition side I never thought I would be selling one of homes off market. However, I had a rental property I’d been renovating, but after multiple break-ins and the AC units getting stolen, I was just done. I know Steve from local investor meetups, so I reached out to his team. They made me a fair cash offer and bought the house as-is. The process was smooth and they even boarded the property up while the title cleared to protect it. Best part, no repairs and no more trips back to the property. Highly recommend!
