Chad Rocke is Director of Sales at The FI Team with eXp Realty and an investor-friendly Denver agent. He helps investors and homebuyers buy and sell single-family homes and investment properties across Denver. Since April 2021 Chad has personally closed more than 150 transactions and coached and mentored agents through hundreds more. He owns 11 rental doors across two states, including rent-by-the-room, short-term, furnished mid-term and long-term rentals. His experience also includes fix-and-flips and creative finance deals, including subject-to and seller financing. Chad got started by house hacking a duplex in Milwaukee in 2015. Today he lives in Denver's Wash Park neighborhood with his wife Meghan and their daughter Olive. They rent out their detached ADU, which cuts their mortgage about in half. Chad took the time to walk me through the Arvada STR license process and was happy to help with no strings attached. He really knows the Denver market and gave me real answers.
I'd recommend him to anyone buying selling or investing.

Chad was fantastic to work with, especially for anyone looking at investment real estate. His communication was excellent throughout, always responsive and easy to reach. What really sets him apart is how well he knows the investment side of things, he was a huge help with analysis and negotiating the deal, not just showing properties. He's a top tier agent and I highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

Chad is an excellent realtor, and an even better person.
He was great at helping a first time home buyer find the area, and home to purchase. He was patient, thorough & extremely detailed in our tours. We called these the "Chad special treatment" where we'd spend a lot of time at each house and Chad was great at explaining at how homes work, and where issues could arise.
During the negotiation process, Chad was excellent in ensuring our asks were being met. We had a bit of a challenging negotiation, especially during our final walk through. It was a stressful few weeks, and Chad was very calm during the entire process. At the end of the day, all of our asks were address, and we got a fantastic first home.
Chad also had contractors & industry experts we leveraged to get quotes, and look at potential issues. This is one of the most valuable aspects of working with Chad, as we would've been very lost with out that.
Overall, Chad was great to work with and I'd recommend him highly to any investor, house hacker, and especially a first time home buyer. I hope to work with Chad again in the future!

I highly recommend Chad if you’re looking for an exceptional realtor with strong investment expertise! He helped me purchase my first house hack and made the entire process incredibly easy.
When interviewing other agents, I met several who would have been great options, but Chad stood out because of his proactive follow-up, communication, and investment knowledge. He knows the market well, is highly professional, and is very well connected.
What I appreciate most was his organization, prompt and detailed communication, follow-through, and thought-partnership throughout the process. He actively listens and has strong EQ – qualities you don’t always find.
And no, this isn’t a paid advertisement. :-D Just another professional giving credit where credit is due. I fully intend to work with Chad again and will continue to lean on his expertise as I learn more about the investment side of real estate.
