We lend NATIONWIDE and specialize in quick and easy hard money loans, up to 90% of purchase and 100% of rehab. We offer ADVANCED draws and allow borrowers to obtain their own appraisal. Rates start at 8.75% and 1.5 points. We will lend up to 75% ARV and no experience required.

Justin was great. We had an issue with terms changing at the last minute which could have been catastrophic, but we were able to come up with a creative solution. Still not at all happy with the last minute change in terms. But my rep worked hard with us to come up with something that got us to the end goal.

The lender that I used for all my previous flips thought that a new flip was too risky and didn't feel comfortable financing it. They were being way too conservative in their calculations. That's when Infinity Calital Finance came to the rescue!
While I was fearing losing the deal and the $20K deposit that I had already invested, ICF was able to quickly analyze the project and commited to funding it. The funding process was very smooth, fast and efficient; and I was able to close in less than 10 days! The interest rate was very similar to what I had been getting thus far from my usual lender.
Turned out that the flip was in fact profitable and made $50K in net profit. I am very thankful for ICF , especially for Sean Richway who made it all happen!

I have been using Sean and Infinity for about a decade and he has successfully funded easily a dozen deals for me and double that for referrals I have sent his way. I highly recommend Sean and his team especially if you have a tight timeline as they work quick and efficiently!

Sean has been awesome. Infinity Capital Finance helped me with a couple of deals so far that I needed financing for to complete. Sean is on top of things, and is easy to get in touch with to resolve issues and communicated with title. When you need funding for eal estate transaction, Sean at Infity Capital Finannce is the person to call.
