The overwatch team are by far the easiest property managers to work with in Anchorage. They're responsive, kind, and make the move in process simple. Been renting from them for nearly 4 years and I don't have many complaints.

OverWatch is one of the best real estate management companies I have ever worked with. My son has been renting from them since he moved to Anchorage at the end of 2022. They really care about their tenants. They are quick to respond when something happens and they do whatever it takes to make you feel at home. I would recommend them above every other real estate management company here.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with OverWatch REM. Chris and the entire team have been amazing to work with from day one. They’re incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about providing excellent service.
Whenever we’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and always willing to work with us to find the best solution. It’s refreshing to work with a property management team that communicates so well and treats everyone with respect, professionalism, and genuine care.
I highly recommend OverWatch REM to anyone looking for a property management company in the Anchorage area. Thank you, Chris and the entire team, for making our experience such a positive one!

During a very difficult time in our lives, when we found ourselves without a place to live, Chris and his team were there to help and make a very hard situation a bit easier. They were professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process.
Whenever we needed maintenance, their team was punctual, thorough, and professional. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
When the time comes for us to have someone represent our properties, I am confident they will give us the same level of attention to detail as landlords as they did when we were their tenants.

I seriously have nothing but great things to say about Overwatch Real Estate. Impeccable and transparent communication, incredibly friendly staff, clean, safe, and quiet units, and lighting fast response times. Special shoutout to Morgan, who has assisted us every step of the way, from initial contact to moving in (and answering our hundreds of questions, haha). She helped us find the perfect place for us in a very short and swift amount of time. Everyone at Overwatch is truly a fresh breath of air and we picture ourselves renting with them for a long time. Our only regret is not finding them sooner! From the bottom of our hearts we are seriously so grateful for their kindness and effort! If you are looking for a company who prioritizes their tenant's wellbeing, you will not be disappointed renting with Overwatch! Thank you!
