We just moved back to Alaska from the Lower 48 and needed an apartment ASAP. Overwatch was one of the only places to actually answer their phone (let alone return messages). Daniel helped us tour our apartment and got us moved in quickly. He really worked hard to get us what we needed, and we’re so grateful.

The triplex I live in recently sold and the new owners did their due diligence researching Property Management companies and decidedly chose OverWatch Real Estate Management. The last PM here before the triplex sold was an utter nightmare which is an understatement to say the least, so imagine my surprise when after several months now of OverWatch managing the property it’s become a real blessing. Recently, I had a major plumbing issue which required cabinet removal and opening up a wall to get to the leak. They hired Sage Mechanical for the repairs, and were fast and competent. Also required Chad to put up drywall after the leak in the wall was repaired, and he was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the kitchen cabinets could not be salvaged so the new, upgraded cabinets were installed by Albert and Logan of OverWatch, and they did a fantastic job — fast and efficient — and now my kitchen looks even better than before! Albert was very personable and communicative, as is Logan, who’s handled prior tech support. Definitely in dependable hands here with OverWatch Real Estate Management so thank you to the whole OverWatch team!!

Chris and his team at OverWatch are excellent. They listened to my concerns and requests, quickly responded, and delegated their team to help me out. I would highly recommend OverWatch to any landlord who feels overwhelmed or would like any advice. Thanks again!

I manage Alaska Supreme Painting & Contracting, and we were asked to provide an estimate and work along side the management company in Painting the exterior of one of the buildings they manage. Morgan was my point of contact, and went above and beyond to help make the work process smooth. The communication was over the top, always direct, and very accommodating. He was patient with me and was beyond overly understanding when I couldn't commit to anything. Daniel if you're reading this, again I'm sorry we couldn't move forward with the leasing but I wish I could take you with me to help me find a place in California. You were an absolute pleasure 🙏

Daniel is amazing! We were at our old apartment for multiple years and had a lot of anxieties when we began searching for a new place. From setting up the viewing, to submitting the applications, and even up until the move-in date, Daniel was very responsive and answered every question that we had in a timely manner. We even ran into a little hiccup right after we signed the lease and my stress could have never been any higher, but Daniel was very kind, heard us out, and was so flexible enough to draw up solutions when he had no obligation to. He even remembered to make sure the place was unfurnished- a request we made awhile back that we had totally forgotten! I am so glad that he was the person who helped us along and would 100% recommend anyone looking to find a new place to reach out to Overwatch. They're the best!
