I’m a real estate investor based on the west coast and have been working with Sage Door since Summer of 2024 to manage my single-family rental since I’m long distance. I was initially apprehensive to hire a property manager in general due to the bad reputation that a few have, so when I was asking around in my network, my buddy said some other investors he knew had a good experience with Sage Door, so I decided to give them a shot and thought, “ok, if they don’t do a good job, I’ll just have to bounce around to other property managers until I find a good one.” Well, I have to say I got extremely lucky because almost 2 years have gone by now and I can’t say enough good things about Sage Door! My rental had a bunch of issues that the contractor messed up on, so when Sage Door came in to take over, they helped with all the repairs and maintenance that needed to be done to essentially undo what the contractor had done (I take blame as well since it was the contractor I selected and should have vetted better), and Sage Door got the property to a condition to where my tenants would actually enjoy their stay. They were very communicative, explained everything thoroughly so I would understand how the processes work, and I am more than happy to pay them for everything they’ve done as they definitely went above and beyond. If you decide to hire Sage Door (and I hope you do), please treat them well as I guarantee they will take care of your property just as well too. I finally had a chance to meet them in-person recently and they are all some of the nicest, kindest, and good-hearted people I’ve ever met, and I couldn’t be happier to work with them and continue to work with them as I build my portfolio. This company is amazing! By far the best I've ever rented from! Staff is amazing and worked hard and quickly to get me and my kiddos in our home! I love the staff as well, super professional! Not to mention the perks/benefits they offer tenants. I wont be going anywhere until I'm ready to purchase a home! Tina & Angela you guys are amazing! Very welcoming! Oh I love your receptionist as well, we literally can talk for hours (lol). Thank you guys for getting me and my family settled in our new beautiful home!

He was respectful of my home, cleaned up after himself, and made sure I understood what was fixed. Definitely one of the best maintenance experiences I’ve had.
