A friend referred me to SAGE DOOR PROPERTIES because I needed to relocate FAST to KC to care for a family member.
I met Hailey and viewed a few properties. She had pinpointed my needs and showed a few properties. I have 3 elderly dogs, so I needed pet friendly and a fenced yard. First house I looked at was perfect!
I viewed the house on Wednesday and I was able to relocate by Monday with all utilities up and running!

I recently moved into a home managed by Sage Door. Its an older home so a few minor issues have popped up over the last few weeks. They have been extremely responsive to fix any issues. So far im very satisfied with their overall care for their tenants. They have been nothing but kind in helping me with all request.

I moved into Sage Door a few months ago, and the entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Haley was quick to get me scheduled for a tour and made sure all of my questions were answered, which made the decision so much easier. Tina was also amazing and helped me stay organized throughout the move-in process. I highly recommend renting from Sage Door—they’re a fantastic company all around.

This company is amazing! By far the best I've ever rented from! Staff is amazing and worked hard and quickly to get me and my kiddos in our home! I love the staff as well, super professional! Not to mention the perks/benefits they offer tenants. I wont be going anywhere until I'm ready to purchase a home! Tina & Angela you guys are amazing! Very welcoming! Oh I love your receptionist as well, we literally can talk for hours (lol). Thank you guys for getting me and my family settled in our new beautiful home!

Chris was Outstanding ! He came by and did some maintenance work. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and completed the repair efficiently. He was respectful of my home, cleaned up after himself, and made sure I understood what was fixed. Definitely one of the best maintenance experiences I’ve had. On top of having the best maintenance crew , Haley was very helpful with the whole process of setting times to show us the house, doing our walk through, following up. We got approved for a beautiful house with the help of her and the rest of the team in the office . 10/10 recommend. Been living here for 4 months now and we love it .
