Trixie is so professional, patient and response to all my questions and needs until I was completely satisfied. Evolve staff is superior to the others I was dealing with when I was looking for a new place. The workmanship of my new residence met all my checklist in upgraded renovations. If I could give a negative star I would. Extremely disappointed. We booked this property specifically because it was a waterfront home for our holiday weekend. Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, and we weren’t notified until 4:18 PM—over an hour after check-in—that our reservation was being canceled because the property had been sold. This left our group scrambling to find accommodations at the last minute during one of the busiest weekends of the year. Regardless of the reason, a property should not be available to book if the reservation cannot be honored. This was incredibly unprofessional, stressful, and completely disrupted our trip. I would not recommend booking unless you want to risk having your reservation canceled after you’re already supposed to be checked in.

Slum lords, who care more about the property owner than the tenant. I lived in a "home" that they rented to me for two months before I ultimately couldn't take it anymore and had to leave. I only lived in the home all together for probably 3 weeks due to massive plumbing issues which made the home unliveable not to mention the multiple failed inspections from the county. I was charged for trash in the home but when I first moved in the attic was filled to the brim with it but thats okay because the owner of the company missed it during his inspections (very thorough work nick). I was also charged for damages in the bathroom from there own plumbers during the massive repairs. I will say they covered my air B&B stay while said repairs were happening but they wouldn't cover anything after ten days even knowing i had paid rent for a home I couldn't occupy and had to pay for and find my own lodgings. Over all I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy, please avoid if you can.

They have a great staff, and great customer service. Scheduling and view their properties is so easy. The property I viewed look ed very high end. The apartment looked great inside and out. All new appliances, everything was top tier. Neighbor very very nice as well. Best property management company in Memphis TN.

Never meet D but it’s like he was here, the whole way through and through! I applied and he was here to offer extra help, with more options that better suited me and the prefect place for me was chosen! Omg I’m so glad I went we Evolve properties ! Their team is also easy to get a hold of when it comes to questions and maintenance requests. They also follow up with any problems that have occurred to verify there was an appropriate solution.
