I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with (Foundation Property Management.) After recently moving out of one of their rental properties, I was shocked by the amount I was charged. I have repeatedly reached out to discuss these charges, but to date, I have not received a response or a return phone call. I have time-stamped and dated documentation supporting my concerns. In my experience, I was charged for issues that I believe were not properly addressed while I lived in the property. Rather than making the necessary repairs, it appeared that some issues were simply painted over, and now those same issues have been included in my move-out charges. I also want to address my experience with Ms. Lupe. Unfortunately, I found her communication and customer service to be unprofessional. I sincerely hope there are improvements in how residents are treated and how concerns are handled going forward. Lastly, I was previously asked to remove my review, but I won’t be doing that. Customers have the right to share honest experiences, especially when they feel their concerns have been ignored. It’s disappointing that leaving a public review seems to be the only way to get the company’s attention. I remain willing to resolve this matter directly, but until then, I believe others deserve to be aware of my experience. Timoteo Lopez just left my property after having 1. fixed my shower's hot-cold-velocity problem, 2. caulked my tub, 3. exchanged my bathroom sink, and 4. replaced my kitchen sink aerator. He was a real pro. He was respectful of my home, and he finished quickly. I am impressed! Great job, Timoteo!

Seamless process from start to finish. All of our questions were throughly answered and excellent response time with followup relies. Professional team that worked together taking care of our needs with superior customer service knowledge, skills and ability to answer any questions. Every team member we encounter, from Jenni, Amy, Rachel, and your legal team were able to give us the highest quality of service without sugar coating the answers. Jarren from the start was very kind and informative about the home inspection! He asked if there were things I needed fixed while he was there and he could help me get the tickets in to get them done etc. He did his inspection quick and thoroughly. It was a great experience. Thank you!

Ms. Roni was a great help. She was there to answer all questions and very professional. She was very patient with me and I appreciate that of her. The process seems long and hard but this leasing agent was a big help through it all. Thanks again. Great job.

I had an amazing experience working with my leasing agent, Ms. Roni! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and nice throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer every single question I had and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. What really stood out to me was how she kept checking in even after I secured the property, to make sure I was doing okay and didn’t need anything else. That level of care and professionalism truly meant a lot. The entire process was smooth, simple, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend her and this company to anyone looking for a great leasing experience!

Jarren Wilson honestly made my first inspection easy. He was punctual. He was kind friendly respectful and he listened. This was the best experience I’ve had. He took note of the things I mentioned that were wrong. And I’ve told him about an issue with my filter and how I wasn’t able to get up there. He changed them for me. This morning s the type of person you want I love about the Foundation Property they hire ppl who care and love what they and and Mr. Wilson is one of them. I’m overall pleased with my experience with the inspection process

Jarren Wilson had come to my home twice, once to maintenance and the next for inspection and both times he was very professional and nice! He’s such a great part of Foundation!!!! Thank you!!! Also, I would like to thank Dennis for his patience with me! He has been great with answering questions and steering me in the right directions when needed!!!! I thank you so much for being dedicated to those calls when I needed answers.
