I had a great experience with Kristine at FoundationPM. She contacted me in the evening after noticing that I had viewed a few of the properties and actually ended up turning us onto a more ideal property. It felt very accommodating to have her start that process so promptly without even having to wait til the next day to contact someone. Throughout the process I really appreciated the way that she was available and accommodating in the later afternoons/evenings as I work late and tend to sleep in. She hit a perfect mark of checking in with reminders while never feeling overwhelming with too much communication. I really appreciated this because I was under a lot of stress with my previous lease ending and the hassle of moving, so the gentle reminders while still being respectful of my bandwidth was perfect. She made the whole process as stress free and straightforward as could be. I was also impressed by the selection of varied options in Foundations’ catalogue. Ended up abandoning Zillow and just looking at their listings. We’re so excited for the new place and I would be happy to go through Foundation/Kristine again, as well as recommend them to others looking for housing. Thank you to Kristine from both of us!

We had a great experience today with our sixth month check-in. Mr. Darren Arnoult, came to do the inspection. He was very friendly and personal as always. We have rented from here for almost two years. We have always been treated with respect and kindness by Mr. Darren when he comes for the inspections. We have experienced some communication issues with the property manager on occasion but overall our experience as renters here has been a good one.
