Jarren Wilson honestly made my first inspection easy. He was punctual. He was kind friendly respectful and he listened. This was the best experience I’ve had. He took note of the things I mentioned that were wrong. And I’ve told him about an issue with my filter and how I wasn’t able to get up there. He changed them for me. This morning s the type of person you want I love about the Foundation Property they hire ppl who care and love what they and and Mr. Wilson is one of them. I’m overall pleased with my experience with the inspection process

I had a great experience with Kristine at FoundationPM. She contacted me in the evening after noticing that I had viewed a few of the properties and actually ended up turning us onto a more ideal property. It felt very accommodating to have her start that process so promptly without even having to wait til the next day to contact someone. Throughout the process I really appreciated the way that she was available and accommodating in the later afternoons/evenings as I work late and tend to sleep in. She hit a perfect mark of checking in with reminders while never feeling overwhelming with too much communication. I really appreciated this because I was under a lot of stress with my previous lease ending and the hassle of moving, so the gentle reminders while still being respectful of my bandwidth was perfect. She made the whole process as stress free and straightforward as could be. I was also impressed by the selection of varied options in Foundations’ catalogue. Ended up abandoning Zillow and just looking at their listings.
