The friendliest guy, all while being the most professional. I forgot that we were doing an inspection. Everyone with this company has been awesome for the couple of years I've been with them.

I swapped to Foundation PM to list a rental due to issues with my previous mgmt company. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and the team did a great job completing. Only reason this is not a 5 star is due to the amount of time the rental was not leased. A lot of that was timing however. I want to specifically highlight Amy Holland, she’s been excellent in providing a high level of communication and transparent expectations.

We were first confused of what all was required as far as what we needed to do. Darren was absolutely amazing in keeping us informed for what he was needing to do and what he needed us to do. He was extremely respectful of our time as we work the grave shift at the casino. 10 out of 10!

Jarren Wilson honestly made my first inspection easy. He was punctual. He was kind friendly respectful and he listened. This was the best experience I’ve had. He took note of the things I mentioned that were wrong. And I’ve told him about an issue with my filter and how I wasn’t able to get up there. He changed them for me. This morning s the type of person you want I love about the Foundation Property they hire ppl who care and love what they and and Mr. Wilson is one of them. I’m overall pleased with my experience with the inspection process

Jarren Wilson had come to my home twice, once to maintenance and the next for inspection and both times he was very professional and nice! He’s such a great part of Foundation!!!! Thank you!!!
Also, I would like to thank Dennis for his patience with me! He has been great with answering questions and steering me in the right directions when needed!!!! I thank you so much for being dedicated to those calls when I needed answers.

Mr. Jarren Wilson was the sort of inspector who turns what could feel unnerving into something reassuring. Professional, punctual, and impeccably respectful, he walked us through every detail with clarity and patience. Nothing felt rushed, and no question was brushed aside. He explained each situation in plain language, making sure we understood not just what he saw, but why it mattered. It was genuinely a pleasure having him guide us through the process, and he left us feeling informed, confident, and well looked after. Thanks Jarren.
