I would like to say this Foundation Property Management has been so good to me! I appreciate the patience and the absolute most wonderful staff! I've been with them for a minute I just would say this Communication goes a long way and I'm very Grateful and appreciative of them !

Darren Arnoult and Jarren Wilson were awesome and very informative when they came out to inspect my property. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. They even sprayed the property for bugs and insects. Thank you guys!

We had a great experience today with our sixth month check-in. Mr. Darren Arnoult, came to do the inspection. He was very friendly and personal as always. We have rented from here for almost two years. We have always been treated with respect and kindness by Mr. Darren when he comes for the inspections. We have experienced some communication issues with the property manager on occasion but overall our experience as renters here has been a good one.

Darren came by to do the bi-yearly inspection, and he was thorough, brief, courteous, and kind. What a friendly guy! He was really helpful with giving us pointers and tips on what Foundation offers for its residents, and when he heard we were going to put smoke detectors in the attic, he generously gave us one. Happy holidays ans merry Christmas, Daren!

Excellent customer service, with it being my first time doing all of the paperwork and getting everything they needed for the application they worked with me. Their communication and kindness was really helpful especially when it was things I didn't know. Will gladly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about moving

Had a lot of updates to our property. I tried many times to get the problems fixed. Lupe was on it from the start. She kept me updated on everything and if there were any issues, she addressed them fast. She is very friendly and professional. She is top for your company. Need to have more employees like her. Couldn't have gotten it done without her.

Property prices are unreasonably, poorly maintained and infested. Realtors have no idea what is safe or not. The areas are Horrible for the price looking for something 1500 a month shouldn’t look like this
