Kassidy Benson is a Denver-based real estate professional with 11+ years of experience and a proven personal investing track record across value-add, short-term rental, ADU development, BRRRR, and off-market acquisitions. Her business is built on disciplined underwriting, hands-on asset management, and firsthand experience executing the same strategies she advises on. Kassidy began her investing career by house hacking her first two homes, including converting a one-car garage into a studio apartment for short-term rental income. In 2021, she developed a 1,000-square-foot ADU above a two-car garage, which she successfully operated as an Airbnb for several years. She later utilized the BRRRR strategy to acquire a long-term rental in Villa Park and completed two successful flips in 2021 and 2022. In 2023, Kassidy purchased an off-market hoarder property, fully gutted and rebuilt it into a 5-bedroom, 3-bath home with a secondary basement unit. Today, she owns five properties, four of which are long-term rentals that she self-manages, giving her deep operational insight into renovation costs, tenant management, cash flow, and long-term portfolio performance.

Kassidy helped our family of four find and buy a new (old) home, list our previous house quickly to appear in front of summer-time buyers, and negotiate with the eventual buyer and their agent. We had a lot to handle in a short period of time and are very glad that Kassidy could help us with both the purchase and sale at the same time. We also appreciated Kassidy's approach to her agent fee and tiers of service - this let us choose the right amount of help, and save a few thousand dollars!

Kassidy Benson is the best realtor out there! She helped me sell my home of 25 years and we made a huge profit. Her guidance and assistance through the process was invaluable. She helped me make impactful updates, price it right, clean and stage it for photos, widely market the property online, provide support for open houses/showings, negotiate in my best interest, and make the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend her!!!

Kassidy was fantastic to work with while selling our home! She was methodical in her approach and made solid recommendations on everything from small improvements to increase our home’s value, to staging, timing, and pricing. She did a ton of "little" things that we really think paid off like adding personal touches to make the home shine, and providing professional photos, 3D tours, and a floor plan (which seems simple, but so many listings miss this easy step).
At Kassidy's recommendation, we listed for more than we originally expected and received five offers during our first week on the market and accepted an offer slightly above our listing price. While we had some appraisal issues to navigate, she was great at keeping us informed and helping us work through the process seamlessly.
We would definitely recommend Kassidy and will absolutely work with her again in the near future when we are ready to buy!

We took on the huge task of relocating from New York to Denver area to be closer to family, and Kassidy was someone we came to rely & trust on through this change. What I valued most was her open, honest approach. We never felt she was just "trying to get the sale." She would bring us back down to earth and rationally point out the positives and negatives based on knowing our likes and dislikes.
She was appropriately communicative via whatever form was necessary—email, text, or a call. And always prepared, very organized, and thorough which I appreciate. Searching for a home is extremely time-consuming and I loved her mapped out routes via google with time stamps. She respected our time.
Best of all we found our dream home for a fair price. I highly recommend Kassidy! She is a beacon of light in a very competitive, cut throat industry.
