About us
Simplified Management provides comprehensive property management services throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. We own over 550 units and manage over 700 units. We started this company to manage units the way we wanted them to be managed, since we are our largest client, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and reduce our costs which is very different than other management companies we have encountered to date. As a full-service construction and development company, we do everything from the framing to the finish work. Every job we take on is one that we ensure is done properly with attention to detail using only licensed contractors. Our recent projects have included office buildouts, apartment renovations, and multi-family home rebuilding. No matter what support you need in managing your rental property, or building a brand new space, we can offer that to you. Our full-time team manages every aspect of your business, from finding and screening tenants to leasing management, landscaping, maintenance, and more. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dave was amazing every step of the way in guiding me through the home buying process. Very responsive to any questions and a great blend of being personable and professional. Couldn't have asked for better and would happily recommend to anyone.

My experience with Garret Getch and his team in Maine was beyond amazing. Garret was professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my situation and needs. He patiently worked with me for over a year in a very competitive market to find me the perfect home. I have worked with several agents/brokers over the years and Garret is hands-down the best one out there!

Had a great experience working with Sabrina, as well as Matt when he joined the Candor team. As a first time homebuyer, they were both very helpful in guiding me through the entire buying process. I would recommend either of them especially if you are looking to purchase a multi-family or investment property. In a strong seller's market, they were very patient and made sure I was waiting to find the right deal. They were very responsive, attended countless open houses with me and ultimately helped me negotiate a deal under asking price in central MA. They helped point out problems I may have missed. Sabrina has her own investment properties and helped me identify improvements with good ROI. Candor has a wide network in New England. I would recommend attending the meet-ups they host in various locations.

Candor Realty is a fantastic team of investor-focused real estate advisors who wholeheartedly support their clients throughout the entire process. With an extensive network of resources, they can address any issue that may arise. Their diverse team of experienced professionals ensures there's always someone available to offer hands-on guidance, both within their own team and for their clients. The entire team at Candor is fantastic. Their agents have guided scores of buyer clients through the buying process of my buildings, and every single transaction has been smooth and without drama. Candor is a truly top notch company from top to bottom. As a seller, I've rarely had such consistently positive experiences with a local real estate firm. When their clients are on the buy side, all I have to do is wait for the checks to show up at my door.
Their rental agent is phenomenal, as well!
