While apartment hunting ProX was the only realty office that allowed viewings without a pre-approved application, didnt have to pay to view any properties until I looked and signed a lease. Monique V. answered the phone when I had issues finding a property, and when I was ready to sign the lease she kept me updated with the process. ProXs online portal to sign & pay for everything made it easier to do while working full time. Rent is decent, the property is nice and I haven't had any issues.

It has been a very easy going process with ProX since we started with them. They accepted my past and didn't hold it against my family or myself on the application process, viewing the home, making payment and deposit, and the move in. If there are ever any problems, you just put in a report on the app, and they schedule and send a contractor out to fix the problem, sometimes within the same day. You even make your payments on the app, so you don't even have to leave your home. ProX is an amazing property management!

Since moving into the duplex, we’ve had zero issues with the property or with Pro-X as a management company. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. On the one occasion we did encounter a minor issue—a small washer drain concern—Pro-X immediately sent out a knowledgeable expert who resolved the problem quickly and without any hassle. The Joplin, MO office location has been nothing but helpful and informative the entire time I’ve been living here. I’m in the studio apartments and although small, they’re affordable and perfect for 1-2 people. It fits my lifestyle perfectly, and the people are amazing. It’s right near the mall and next to the MSSU campus, making it perfect for college students. There are pest control sprayers that come every month, as well as landscapers and, of course, our lovely trash men that help maintain the cleanliness and safety of my home and everyone else’s. If you’re moving to the area and don’t know where to start, I highly recommend starting at the Pro X Property Management office.

2202 S Joplin Ave. I love it! Nice property on the corner with a great location! Spacious kitchen. Large living room. Nice sized bedroom! And a side patio area perfect for grilling! I love it! But there is one problem. Pro X realty is the absolute worst realty company in Joplin. They are horrible to their tenants. They are led by a tyrant named Marcos who adds charges and threatens tenants with eviction over the smallest things. I would NEVER rent from them again.

Renting through ProX was such a smooth and easy process. My wife and I moved from out of town, and from seeing the property, signing the paperwork, and getting the keys, it was done via the portal or through code lock boxes for the self-walkthrough. Even monthly rent payments can all be done through the app. We didn’t have to worry about shopping for renter’s insurance either! We could opt into a monthly low cost payment that was lumped into our rent
