I have been renting through pro X and have had absolutely no problems. Everyone there is very friendly and considerate. Katrina Robinson is the one who always helps us with any questions or concerns we have, and has quick responses and always gives helpful information and feedback, She is a very kind and helpful person. We have had a very stress free experience renting through pro X and will definitely continue to do so moving forward in the future!

I helped family rent a duplex managed by Pro X out of Joplin Missouri. It was honestly a bad experience. I do not recommend you rent out of the Joplin office if you can avoid it. The new duplexes were not move in ready but they were quick to take our deposits and rent money. Then, we had a challenging time of getting multiple maintenance requests fixed for things that should have been done before family moved in. To be fair, their maintenance techs that came out were always very friendly and helpful. My issue is with the office end of their processes and the new move in agent. The new move in agent does not follow up with what she says she will do. You have to constantly stay on her to take care of business and she seems like she doesn’t really care about her job. Then, we had a challenging time to get money back for a month’s worth of rent after we had moved out. They accidentally charged us beyond the lease agreement date. After much consternation we finally had a supervisor resolve the matter. If you rent from Pro-X be prepared to deal with a slow responding but fast charging rental company. Once they finally respond though, they will take care of your problems. In my opinion the company is too much hassle and headache to rent from and I advise you look elsewhere.

I dislike when random companies buy an email lists and then automatically subscribe me. It's annoying and unprofessional. Send me ONE email if you want but don't add me to your crappy list where then I am forced to visit some unknown website to unsubscribe to something I never subscribed to in the first place.

Pro X responds incredibly quickly and their level of professionalism is outstanding. During our initial call, they clearly explained their services, took the time to listen to my expectations, and understood the context of my past experiences. I called several property management companies in the area, and Pro X was the only one to promptly return my calls. They went above and beyond to walk me through their entire process from top to bottom, making it an incredibly easy choice to sign with them. Highly recommend!

ProX has been an excellent management company for the duplex I rent. I have not had a lot of issues that needed a resolution but the ones I have had were taken care of in a timely manner. Their communication is top notch. I've only had excellent interactions with their employees and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

2202 S Joplin Ave. I love it! Nice property on the corner with a great location! Spacious kitchen. Large living room. Nice sized bedroom! And a side patio area perfect for grilling! I love it! But there is one problem. Pro X realty is the absolute worst realty company in Joplin. They are horrible to their tenants. They are led by a tyrant named Marcos who adds charges and threatens tenants with eviction over the smallest things. I would NEVER rent from them again.

Renting through ProX was such a smooth and easy process. My wife and I moved from out of town, and from seeing the property, signing the paperwork, and getting the keys, it was done via the portal or through code lock boxes for the self-walkthrough. Even monthly rent payments can all be done through the app. We didn’t have to worry about shopping for renter’s insurance either! We could opt into a monthly low cost payment that was lumped into our rent
