Pro X is a full-service property management company who strives to make real estate investments passive, profitable and as easy as owning a mutual fund. Our owners personal real estate investments make up approximately 8% of our more than 2100 unit portfolio under management meaning we truly treat every home as if they were our own. This investing expertise also allows us to help our clients in ways most property managers can't, from a place of experience. We possess a level of construction expertise that is rare in the industry allowing our clients to seamlessly complete Build-to-Rent projects and BRRR's passively. We have an independent boutique brokerage service with a focus on investors that can be a great source of off-market opportunities for our clients. I dislike when random companies buy an email lists and then automatically subscribe me. It's annoying and unprofessional. Send me ONE email if you want but don't add me to your crappy list where then I am forced to visit some unknown website to unsubscribe to something I never subscribed to in the first place.

Pro X responds incredibly quickly and their level of professionalism is outstanding. During our initial call, they clearly explained their services, took the time to listen to my expectations, and understood the context of my past experiences. I called several property management companies in the area, and Pro X was the only one to promptly return my calls. They went above and beyond to walk me through their entire process from top to bottom, making it an incredibly easy choice to sign with them. Highly recommend!

Pro X Management is an awesome landlord! Been with them going on 6 years. I submitted a maintenance request recently and within 24 hours Dalton was at my door! Thank you Dalton for your early morning smile and kindness! He had the issues fixed in no time. He even had an unexpected issue that he also resolved! Appreciate you and your work family! Fantastic company. Very good communication. Fixes any maintenance issues very quickly. Will happily rent from again!
Update-- at end of lease had 0 communication until the week i was leaving on if we were renewing lease. Ended up having to find another place because of lack of communication.

ProX has been an excellent management company for the duplex I rent. I have not had a lot of issues that needed a resolution but the ones I have had were taken care of in a timely manner. Their communication is top notch. I've only had excellent interactions with their employees and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

2202 S Joplin Ave. I love it! Nice property on the corner with a great location! Spacious kitchen. Large living room. Nice sized bedroom! And a side patio area perfect for grilling! I love it! But there is one problem. Pro X realty is the absolute worst realty company in Joplin. They are horrible to their tenants. They are led by a tyrant named Marcos who adds charges and threatens tenants with eviction over the smallest things. I would NEVER rent from them again.

Renting through ProX was such a smooth and easy process. My wife and I moved from out of town, and from seeing the property, signing the paperwork, and getting the keys, it was done via the portal or through code lock boxes for the self-walkthrough. Even monthly rent payments can all be done through the app. We didn’t have to worry about shopping for renter’s insurance either! We could opt into a monthly low cost payment that was lumped into our rent

I own a small business. Ashley does a great job keeping me busy and a joy to work with. Organized and well structured. She keeps me involved and easy to communicate with.
Pro-x as an entirely is a great entity. Provides great opportunities for tenants, owners, and vendors .
