I help investors and homebuyers build wealth through strategic real estate decisions, backed by my firsthand experience as both an investor and agent. With a strong background in creative financing—especially seller financing—I specialize in identifying opportunities that others often overlook.

I began my real estate journey as an investor before becoming an agent, gaining hands-on experience in fix-and-flips, buy-and-hold properties, house hacking, wholesaling, and multi-family/commercial investments. I currently own and operate a 2-acre mobile home & RV park and a duplex, and I manage three additional properties. I’m always on the lookout for a great deal and love helping clients structure win-win solutions.

I’m a co-author of Creating Her Empire: Discovering a Woman’s Purpose and hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hiking, exploring new places with my family, exercising, gardening, making homemade salsa, or spending time at our family ranch.
