Tamara has been super helpful in providing recommendations and being quick with response times! She provided great customer service and even though the house I inquired about didn’t work out, she took my requirements and is going to reach out to me with available rental homes that match my timeline for moving!

What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to work with a property management company that truly values customer service and treats clients with respect. I highly recommend Everest Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and well-organized management team. Five-star experience all around!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. My husband and I went to look at a property on Saturday, now keep in mind I have multiple..MULTIPLE text messages between Carla and one other person regarding this particular home. We saw the house, LOVED the house!! After leaving the property I immediately started our application. The application was hard to navigate. All information had to be PDF, but I digress. I completed both of our applications. Not only were we charged $65 per application I had to also pay for another service??? This was Saturday, again I had contact with Carla before, during and after I completed the application. Now we wait. This morning I sent Carla a text asking if out application had been processed, no response. A few hours later I receive an email stating the house had been leased? She stated she was unaware of the particular property in which we were applying. Really??? I have multiple texts between she and I about the property. What is it with these companies?? The owner of our current house dumped all his properties, telling none of his tenants, there is a HARD credit pull from each company which kills your credit score, smh.
So now due to this disastrous experience my husband and I are having to start our search all over with little to no time to find the right house to fit our families needs.
We feel as though we were preyed upon. We're out close to $150, not to mention the kids are going to be disappointed because they loved the house as much as my husband and I.

I had a great experience working with Evernest Property Management. I initially struggled to process the self-tour through Rently, but Tamara and the staff were amazing. They assisted me throughout the entire process and even reached out to me on a Saturday to help me view the property. I truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help.

Renting from Evernest was honestly one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I was allowed to move into a house that had serious plumbing problems, electrical issues, and no heat. Living without heat is not just inconvenient — it’s unsafe. No one should be handed keys to a home that isn’t even livable.
I stayed only three months because the problems were overwhelming and never truly fixed. On top of that, Evernest tried to lie about my security deposit, even after they signed a contract agreeing to return it. Having to fight for money that was clearly owed to me added unnecessary stress to an already terrible situation.
I felt ignored, dismissed, and taken advantage of as a tenant. This company showed no concern for basic living conditions or honesty. If you value your safety, your peace of mind, and your money, I would think twice before renting from Evernest.

I have had rental properties for 30 years and never had such a terrible experience with a management company. I turned over 2 properties to try them out. One had a renter who had been there 5 years and the other for 3. Within 2 months, one renter moved out due to a "dispute" with Evernest. The other renter had issues and simply quit paying. The property manager at the time wouldn't give me details other than a "dispute". This led to almost a year for the eviction process (I have NEVER had to evict a tenant). With both units empty, I was sent estimates to get them rent ready - $5k-$7k each! I handled the painting, cleaning, etc myself. I did pay evernest to repair the bathroom floor and after their vendor finished, all water put into the sink or tub came through to the HVAC and water heater below due to some damage to the drain lines. It took 6 months and 3 property manager changes to get it fixed and they required me to pay half! Another "gotcha" is that I was told the fees were 9% of RENT COLLECTED or a minimum of $75 if the rent was too low. Evernest instead charged me $75/mth for the empty units even though I was waiting on them to correct the problem. I use 2 other companies that DO NOT charge for empty units (as it should be). After trying to negotiate, I was told they would take legal action if I didn't pay. I believe I COULD fight it, but it's not worth the effort. STAY AWAY from them!

DO NOT RENT from them. Horrible horrible horrible rental company! These people are slum lords and depending on people to need somewhere to stay. One tree fell on my car and totaled it. Another tree fell on my sons room, luckily he was at my moms house. There’s still a tarp on the house. There’s another tree with a lean in the backyard which they refuse to get cut down. They had someone to come out and do the estimate but that’s the last of it. The house has a mold and mildew smell. The house has had a continual leak in the 1/2 bath and imagine where that water settled and the smell that comes from it. When I moved in the oven was DISGUSTING after they claimed someone would be by to clean it out before move in. Every repair they’ve come out to fix has required a second visit due to half fixing repairs. If I could put 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stolen over 4,000 dollars from me. Left my tenants without power for weeks. Did not make any necessary payments for bills. They had 6 turnovers in 5 months without giving me any update that the property had a change of management.
Tenants laundry machines were out for over 3 months. They incorrectly tried to charge my tenants for electric bills and switched the utilities to their name without owner or tenant permission. They then created fraudulent charges to have my rent payout be near nothing so that they can keep the funds.
Incorrectly attempted evict multiple paying tenants.
After months of ignored calls and emails they issued a very small one time payment. Essentially solidifying that they have stolen multiple units rents over the past few months.
Names of Evernest people involved:
Maxwell (Regional manager, lied about every single detail in the contract)
Alex Raines
Brandon Rizzo
Taylor Prater (Quit with no turnover)
Lakeisha Jones
Davis Asistin
Britany Acord (Quit with no turnover)
I have hundreds of sent/received emails and text messagses.

Evernest completely failed me as a property management company. If you value your investment, your time, or your sanity, stay far away from them.
They managed my portfolio in Cleveland, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The property manager, Alex, is completely unqualified. He has no sense of urgency, no accountability, and zero local presence. There is barely anyone on the ground. When problems came up (which was often), I was met with silence. Emails went unanswered for weeks. There was no communication, no leadership, and no basic professionalism.
They couldn’t collect rent. They couldn’t lease a vacant unit. They couldn’t even provide me with updates without me constantly chasing them. I was forced to micromanage them, which defeats the entire purpose of hiring a property manager.
Because of Evernest, I lost thousands of dollars in missed rent and wasted time. Their incompetence directly hurt my portfolio’s performance. I’ve since fired them and hired a new management company, who, in less than a week, exposed the full extent of Evernest’s neglect.
This wasn’t just poor service. It was gross mismanagement. I’m currently preparing to take legal action for the damage they caused.
If you’re considering Evernest, don’t do it. They will not protect your asset. They will not communicate. And they will not get the job done. Choose anyone else.

My experience has been terrible. I got one email address to make contact with the company as an owner. I email it and no one responds. I also get the same question over and over again, on my end it looks like a response to the last email that answered the question. I get an email for each maintenance request and only get follow up communication if they want more money to fix an issue. I would say follow up communication does not happen unless they want or need something. Be careful, picking this agency for sure.

Took over a month to actually do the onboarding. Failed to collect the lock and keys. Charged me for new ones. Took weeks to address and urgent leak. Charged me about USD 20,000 dollars for ‘repairs’, many of which I had already repaired. 5 months. No tenants. Consistently late to pay the bills. Have drained my reserves
