I’ve purchased 4 properties from Wisconsin Discount Properties and the process has been smooth every single time. Reese and Conner are both great to work with and make everything simple from start to finish.
I added some before and after photos from one of the homes I purchased through them. They consistently have solid off-market deals, and in my opinion they’re one of the best options in the Green Bay / Fox Valley area if you’re looking for investment properties.
A lot of people think flipping homes is extremely difficult, but honestly, working with the right people makes a huge difference. If I can do it, so can you.

I closed on a property mid October last year. The entire process was very smooth from beginning to end, and shout out to Reese who was always checking up on me during the process and after closing as well. Very happy with WDP.

My experience with WDP (Wisconsin Discount Properties) has been absolutely top-notch. From the moment I signed up, Connor was quick to reach out and stayed in consistent contact. Even when I wasn’t able to buy right away due to other projects, he continued to follow up over several months without ever being pushy.
Once I was ready to actively start bidding, everything came together fast—I was able to successfully land two properties within the first two months of actively bidding.
Reese has also become an incredible resource for me. I would have considered myself a novice investor before finding WDP, and the more you get into real estate, the more you realize how much there is to learn. Connor and Reese have consistently taken the time to guide me, answer questions, and educate me throughout the process.
What stands out most about WDP is their ethics and transparency. I submit bids with total confidence knowing that what’s advertised is exactly what I’m purchasing—there’s no bait-and-switch, no surprises. That level of trust is rare and extremely valuable in this industry.

I would like to share my experience. I worked mainly with Reese throughout the process. He was very helpful with learning the process and helping with estimation process. He continued to help with each week to land a bid. The transition from winning a bid to having the house transferred over was painless. I highly recommend the WDP team if you're looking to get into Real Estate investing.

Fast forward 6 months after our renovation and we have a cashflowing asset that also has netted us an approximate $100k in networth equity. Looking forward to future deals with this group!
