My work spans primary residence purchases, house hacking, flips, and long-term rentals. I’m involved in managing a number of out-of-state projects as well, working with local teams I put in place around each deal to make sure execution stays on track. I bring over 15 years of residential construction experience into every deal. That means looking past surface-level comps and finishes to understand how a property is built, what it will realistically cost to improve, and whether it’s actually worth pursuing. I’m hands-on and direct. If a deal doesn’t make sense, I’ll say it. If it does, I’ll help you move forward and stay involved through execution. Project management is available for investors executing on properties they own.
