Thank you, I found this very helpful. I was able to adjust many values and see the cash flow, equity accured etc. Using this I am able to do some permutations and combinations to see how much I should negotiate on a property and how much loan to apply for to keep the numbers at optimum.
Please help me understand the difference between Outsourced PM vs Doing My Own PM while calculating CF & ROI. I am a newbee and trying to understand. Thank you.
