The first sheet of this spreadsheet provides a detailed break down for property analysis. You are able to edit expenses put in the information that you need in the monthly or yearly columns. You can also add or subtract units by adding rows to the rental income section. It has been extremely helpful for creating small reports to share with buyers, investors, and partners. The second page of the spreadsheet contains a loan amortization schedule which lets you look at your monthly pay-down of principal. Great tools which you can adapt and make your own!

Not a bad file to start off with! Anyone using this will need to review formulas % to make sure they are correct. Example Property Tax was 50% too low for me, but is subjective around the country. Unable to adjust appreciation value as this is locked into purchase price. Again tweaking formulas can be done easily to fit ones needs.
