Tracker for multiple properties. Put in purchase price, date of purchase, mortgage details, and ARV to determine current debt owed vs current equity owned. Cash flow is estimated using 50% rule, which can be adjusted in the Config tab. Future property appreciation and rent increase can also be set on the Config tab. The password field is blank if you want to edit - I locked cells to prevent accidental edits.
