This form is a simple check list to make sure you account for every repair needed when doing a Fix and Flip. If you check yes on the sheet on the column to the right is an average price per sq ft. Just do some math and you have an easy way to know if the property is a good deal!

This is exactly what I was looking for. It will be great help when walking through potential Seller houses and showing them cost of repairs.

Joshua, Where did you get your pricing estimates from and where are you located in the US? Just curious how realistic this would be for me to use. Great job though! I'll definitely be using this going forward.
