This is a simple guarantee agreement we utilise in conjunction with the New Brunswick Standard form lease (Form 6) when renting to students - who have insufficient income or credit history to carry the lease on their own - to have a parent or grandparent serve as guarantor of the tenants fiscal obligations under the lease.
