Steven, like the file a lot, i had started one similar, but then decided to check here on BP for one already made. i like that you have the sku # for HD in there, but products change all the time, so that would have to be updated, not that big of a deal. couple things you may want to update, you do not have purchasing of kitchen cabinets themselves or Bath Vanities, that is a big ticket item that should be in there, also flooring for each room, tile, tubs, toilets. it is definitely a great start of a program that can be added to, would recommend using it when trying to figure costs.
