I’m based in DFW (Dallas / Collin / Tarrant / Denton counties) focused on learning and implementing creative financing strategies. I’m serious about hands-on learning, not just theory.

I’m not looking for theory or paid coaching programs. I’m specifically looking for hands-on exposure by working directly with an investor who is actively doing these deals and values clean structure, disclosures, and long-term defensibility.

My goal is to learn the business the right way by being useful, not by watching from the sidelines or being pushed into buying a course.
