I'm an agent and an experienced investor with STRs. I'm looking to buy first long distance rental in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Any agents have significant experience in this market and can help me?

That's basically all I've been selling on the buyer side this past year.  Always willing to discuss strategies and what the current market looks like!
