Hey BP Realtors! I'm looking at getting into a coaching program to help grow my real estate business (the realtor side). What programs have you used and recommend? Since all programs are a little different, here are some things about me:
Fairly introverted. I hesitate to reach out to people and usually have to force myself to do it because I know its the right thing to do.
I actually enjoy door knocking, but need to perfect my pitch. Despise cold calling.
I've heard great things about Buffini, but wanted to get some input from the BP community. TIA!

Buffini and either Tom Ferry or Mike Ferry.....Tom is the son, so younger hipper pitches....Mike is the day...somewhat more old school.
You might see if there is a program in your brokerage.
We're getting ready to star BOLD here in Dallas, about 8 weeks of 1x week group coaching...that would be a big commitment for you, but you could do it. Then there is the option to do phone coaching after that. The 8 weeks is live and in person. There are probably classes at some point closer to you. I've taken the class a few times and get something different every time. Goes over the basics, scripts, roll play, listing presentation, buyer presentation, mindset, goal setting and a lot more.
i did some years ago with Craig Proctor....thought it was good. One thing I realized with Proctor team at least, was that fees were negotiable. Very negotiable....so try that as a warm up.
Also I'm guessing all of these coaches are going to tell you to call. Most efficient way of lead gen.....You might be able to knock 100 doors a day, but you might be able to call those same doors 100 in 2 hours. If they coach you to call, will you do it? If not you might be wasting your money.
Also another idea is if you have or want a niche, focus on that and coaching on that. If you want to be the Instagram master vs the Phone Burner of NW Arkansas, find a coach that specifically kills prospecting on Instagram or Foreclosures, or Divorce leads, or whatever is you want to focus on. Even perhaps if they're not a real estate coach.
Not sure if there is any networking coaching, but you could also hire someone to be your extrovert coach. Remember coaching is to get you out of your comfort zone. Might be some pain.

your brokerage should be helping you with this @Billy Daniel, but there are a ton of them out there... some more expensive than others@. Most are on-line and offer good free stuff before you need/want to sigh up for more. In addition to the old-schoolers that @Bruce Lynn mentioned (Tom Ferry being the best but also the most expensive (follow his youTube channel), I would recommend Ricky Caruth (cold-calling), Krista Mashore (video marketing), Josh Schoenly (digital lead-gen, you can find him on FB), Tim and Julie Harris, Grant Cardone... I can go on but a quick Google search should give more results. All that I've mentioned are excellent and, as I said, you can learn much by watching their videos & following them on SM. Many of them have since also partnered with eXp and offer free coaching in our Workplace. Also, by the way, KVCore is an awesome AI lead gen system that you get for free with eXp. I'm sure your brokerage should offer something similar. Use the tools provided for you... but whatever you do, stay away from Zillow as the leads are expensive, not good quality, and is now a direct competitor as a brokerage! Buffini is also 'old-school[, he's good but I don't care for his approach: it's all about asking for referrals! Best of luck- Marian.

I connected with other agents in my office, and went through all the education programs through Keller Williams. Then, I got a coach. They grew me from 16 transactions the previous year to 132 transaction in 2 years. I follow the leverage process spelled out in the MREA.

Hey @Billy Daniel, I do a ton of door to door myself! I learned everything from Bryan Casella. He has a coaching program that I have been involved in for some time now. Since joining I 3x my income my 1st year, and doubled it for the last 2 years. Highly recommend it. Let me know if you have any questions about it and I can fill you in.

How many deals have you closed so far? I wouldn't recommend a coach till you get your feet wet and have been doing it for 1-2 years. Probably different than what others would say but there is so much info online. Coaches are expensive and need to be a long term plan, results won't be immediate. I would see if your broker/office has any training. Also find books/podcasts/videos to learn. I would also look into teams that offer support and training. After you do some of these things then interview coaches.

It depends on what you need coaching on. Like, do you need more leads? Do you need help converting the leads to appointments? how about appointments to signed contracts? and how about servicing the client to get the deal closed? And after the close, do you need help with referrals?
For leads, I like and have used Craig Proctor's style of ads. then I call them back and convert. It is still a lot of calling.
The program made me a better agent and help me convert and close more deals.

Sorry just seen your comment, didn't have my notifications on. Is it enough for a brand nw realtor to teach them abou the whole business and get them rolling?

Coaching programs are you just paying people to hold you accountable to do the things you already know you should be doing. Just hold yourself accountable and save the money. I was the 187th ranked agent last year, and 101st the year before in my state out of 49,000 agents. Never spent a dime on coaching.
