I have access to MLS, i know how to access closed homes in my area but they are not current, im looking for this year , looked in the filter section and couldn't find a feature that shows to search by specific year.

If you can't figure out how to filter by a date rate, try ordering (largest to smallest) by the MLS #, they are often chronological numbers in many MLSes and ordering by that field will put the most recent listings at the top.

Every MLS different, but in our main one Rappatoni beside the checks for the status type...Acitve-Option-Continget-Sold etc there is a date range box. Ours defaults I think to 0-90 days, but you can change it to 0-something else or change it to a date range.
