i just spoke with a featured agent in denver colorado
who mentioned that they get a lot of clients from biggerpockets
that don't really care for a massive discount as an investor
on the front end of buying a property, that their mindset is
"what can I do with this house in the next 10-20 years?"
That's the majority of clients we have on biggerpockets for our
featured agents.
the term investor gets thrown around a lot of circles but we have
to be specific now more than ever.
because some agents hear investor and think "oh gosh, wholesaler"
but on biggerpockets we mean "oh wow, legitimate."
