Consistently selling at over market

I ran across a listing agent in my market that is consistently selling overpriced houses at above market. I can't figure what she is doing differently? Got any thoughts?

"overpriced" when they sell, or "overpriced" when they are listed?

It's likely her preparation of the house, marketing of the house, and/or network of agents.

Hi @James McGovern, Look at who the buyers are and how the homes are being presented. A skilled agent with the right audience can sell at prices that don’t make sense on paper.

@Denise Supplee agreed. The challenge is in identifying the skilled agents you mentioned
