How are you speeding up offer/amendment paperwork for busy buyers?

Hi everyone,

I’m a residential agent working mainly with buyers in a pretty active market. The part that slows me down the most is paperwork when a client is ready to move. Offer packages, amendments, waivers, various disclosures, a lot of them are multipage forms and most of the info is the same from deal to deal. On a busy week I can easily spend 20-40 minutes just getting one clean set of documents out the door, and if a client is writing on multiple properties it adds up fast.
Curious what other agents are doing to make this less painful. Are you just relying on your brokerage's forms software, using templates/macros, or has anyone found a good way to automate the repetitive parts so you're mostly reviewing instead of filling every field by hand? Thanks!
