Investor-Friendly Agent Roles

I am a new agent who wants to start working with investors specifically. And one day I'd like to use my experience to invest myself. One thing I am aware of is that investor-friendly agents work in a different capacity than one working with regular homeowners.

In your experience as an investor (or agent working with investors), what tasks and roles do you expect your agent to fill and carry out?
