Newbie to the game. Was wondering if anyone can recommend a real estate agent in Bergen county who has experience with real estate investors & perhaps invests themselves. Thanks

Hi Jason, I can't help you with that but what I would do is cold call some title companies, realtors, re attorneys and ask them if they invest or could they point you in the right direction. Most realtors are lazy and won't wanna help you but if you keep pushing you'll eventually find the right person.
Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers. You will find investor agents her also.
