I know there are investors that are in California that want to buy in Arkansas because you can get a lot more house for your money. I am an investor savvy real estate I know exactly what Investors are looking for. If anyone else can offer any advice on finding investors from different states please advise

You're going in the right direction, but generally these guys won't reach out to you unless you are actually presenting a deal. Just my own direct experience.
