Hello all, I am looking for an investor friendly real estate agent in Birmingham, Alabama. I am a wholesaler and I am currently seeking a few 3 bedroom/2 bath SF property. I can pay $cash$ and I am looking to close quick!! I'm looking for something in the following areas: Hueytown, Fultondale, Centerpoint, Forestdale, or Gardendale.

My mentor told me that activity begets activity. In this business, that means that the more deals you do, the more agents will send you properties. One thing the agents want you to do as a rule is lost the property with them when you sell.
