Just new to the BP community and came across your post. My wife and I are real estate agents servicing the palm beach area and we always come across a few potential properties that investors may be interested in (currently have one in Wellington awaiting approval on a short sale - and another 1.5 acre property near Wellington). We are looking to focus our strengths in distressed homes/ pre for closure solutions to families that need way out. Would love to chat further over coffee sometime.
