Looking for Realtor to help us find investment properties

My partners are looking for a Realtor to assist us in finding good investment properties in the northern Virginia area. We are primarily interested in rental properties but open to flipping as well.

If anyone has anyone they would refer please let me know.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Its more helpful if you specify what types of investments youre looking for:
MultiFamily, SF rentals, flips, and what price ranges. The good realtors generally find niches, in my experience.

Thanks Bill.
We are interested in 3 bedroom condos and townhomes in the Northern Virginia area. We are looking for properties in the $200k to $300k range. We are willing to rehab and then rent and would actually gravitate to those that will provide some equity as long as the math works.
If there is any more info needed please let me know.

I recommend Katie Wethman with KW out of McLean, VA. She is licensed in VA, MD, and DC. She is a number cruncher, and highly analytical. She also invests on her own, and closes 10s of millions of dollars in property each year. She will definitely be able to assist you.

I recommend Joe Facenda with ReMax, he has helped me with a couple of similar rentals recently. Highly recommended. Very responsive and knows the knees of investors. He is on BP as well.
