Hello All!
My first goal this year is to find a commercial broker to rehang my license with.
A brokerage that is familiar with the investment side & wholesaling.
I prefer a commercial brokerage because I primarily focus on apartments, but I wouldn't mind working with a residential brokerage as long as they're familiar with the commercial side.
A small brokerage is ideal, but I'll consider the bigger brokerages as well.

I can suggest ABI Multifamily. I don't know too much about them other than my PM clients have made their last 4 acquisitions through these guys so they seem to be doing something right. I can also suggest West USA Realty, they are retail and PM but I think they do commercial as well.
