My name is Kendell Nuñez and I’m Real Estate Investor in New Jersey. I am seeking Real Estate Agents in the Paterson area of NJ and hopefully build a lasting business relationship. I’m looking for investment properties in the NJ/NY area and would like representation. I’d like to discuss my buying criteria with you further. 'Real Estate Investor Friendly Agents'

Always interview several. These are some of the questions I would ask and confirm/validate.

Do they currently own investment properties?

How many investment properties have they sold or bought on behalf of investors have they sold in the past 12 Months?

Are they associates with a REIA or Real Estate Group Sourcing deals?

Do there areas they prefer compliment yours?

Have you pre-qualified financing wise to identify the markets you can afford?
